The Pacific Peoples nations has always been expert explorers and navigators. Nainoa Thompson has different / other skills to navigate around the world. In 2013 she led a crew across the Pacific ocean Hokule'a and Hikianalia the two canoes.The crew stopped off in Aotearoa, New Zealand in 2015 on their journey and visited the Manaiakalani Schools in Auckland.

Hi Andrea. What a great idea to do some of the summer learning journey activities. I don't think Megan or any of the team will be checking blogs any more but you can still do the activities for sure. I've also put some activities on the Ako Hiko website if you're looking for something else to do.
